Yesterday was a long and boring day for me, because many people having a day off so my internet connection became crowded and slower. Jati diri itu apa sih?

Pertanyaan itu selalu menggantung di pikiran Gnupi ketika masih bersekolah di SD dulu. Alasannya, karena di pelajaran PMP (Pendidikan Moral dan Pancasila) kata ‘jati diri’ seringkali terucapkan dan kerap bagian jawaban dari soal di ulangan-ulangan yang diberikan oleh guru saya dulu.

Bila dulu saya bertanya pada orang dewasa tentang apa itu ‘jati diri’, mereka seringkali kesusahan menjawabnya. Biasanya mereka akan menjawab dengan penyederhanaan definisi bahwa jati diri adalah kepribadian kita. Dulu sih saya tidak memperpanjang pertanyaan saya, dan percaya begitu saja.
